We try our utmost best to meet your needs and make sure your stay at our residence is pleasantly memorable. Here are common questions visitors usually ask along with their answers.
Do I get a complimentary breakfast?
No, we do not offer complimentary breakfast or any catering service. We offer a fully functional kitchen with a fridge, stovetop cooker with oven, microwave, cooking pots and pans. Plates, knives and forks with a 4-seater dining table in each flat. All the facilities to make yourself catering stay at Aishar Residence a pleasure.
How tight is your security?
Aishar Residence is in the secure and serene residential Shonibare Estate in Ikeja. The Estate has very tight security as there is only one entrance and exit for non-residents. It also has very well-trained security guards. Aishar Residence also has its own professional and dedicated security staff. The Residence therefore has two levels of security.
How often are the rooms cleaned?
Aishar Residence offers daily housekeeping between 8:00 am and 1:00 pm. If our guests are unable to have their flat cleaned in that time period, house cleaning will be available the next day.
Since there's a pool, is there a bar?
We have a pool and a bar area. However, we do not serve any drinks or food. You may bring your own drinks and food to eat and drink at the bar.
Can I invite a few of my friends over during my stay?
Guests may invite their own guests to visit them during their stay, but we do not allow parties or loud music. The number of guests staying overnight is strictly enforced based on size of flat booked. Speak to the front desk for information specific to your booking.
Can I check out at a later time without attracting any late fees?
Check in is at 2:00 pm. Check out is at 12 noon. Late check out without fees is until 1:00 pm, after 1:00 pm, there will be a late check out fee.
Is smoking allowed in the residence?
Smoking is strictly forbidden within the rooms, flats and all other facilities provided by the residence – including the bar and swimming pool.
Since I cannot smoke in my flat, is there a reserved smoking area?
Aishar Residence is a non-smoking facility. There is no smoking in the flats, inside the buildings or within its walls.
What facilities are available to residents?
We have a swimming pool, commercial standard gym, sauna and steam.
Does the gym and pool come at an extra charge?
No, the gym and pool are at no extra charge to our in-house paying residents.
Is there a laundry service?
We offer personal laundry service at a small fee.
Is there a restaurant or a bar within the premises?
No, we do not have a restaurant or bar. The residence is a self-catering facility – residents are responsible for their own food and drinks.
Do you have 24 hours of light?
We have 24-hour light guaranteed from Power Holding Company Nigeria. Shonibare Estate is on premium power plan. We also have four dedicated power generating sets.
Do you have WiFi available?
Yes, we have free high speed Internet service.
Is there a parking lot available at the residence?
Yes, we have a large secure parking on the premises – free for all our residents.
What are the reception opening hours?
The reception is open between 8:00 am and 11:00 pm, seven days a week.
How guaranteed is my reservation for late arrival?
To guarantee your reservation for late arrival, it is a good idea to make a small deposit for the flat.
How do I cancel or make changes to my reservation?
You can call the front desk at 0909 379 2969 or 0909 379 2968 to cancel or make changes to your reservation.
